I love incorporating nutritional and medicinal herbs into my food and drinks. I've been experimenting with herbs in my drinks for my internal health for my gut and skin starting with my night time mocktails. I made this blueberry hibiscus syrup that I use for teas and drinks and even on top of my fruit 😩🥰
