K. Restoration is proud to serve as the event planners for the Maryland Department of Health (MDH) and Partnership for a Safer Maryland’s Violence & Injury Prevention Forum, happening on Monday, June 23, 2025.

This year’s forum will focus on:
• Preventing Child Abuse & Neglect
• Preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
• Promoting Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs)

Location: Maryland Department of Transportation (Hanover, MD)
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Happy Friday, Queens!

I’m so very excited about this labor of love! I get asked, frequently, for support with finding a therapist. I get personal messages from so many women, “Kristin do you have a therapist you can recommend?” OR “Kristin I really need someone to talk to, can you help me find a therapist?”

So, out of this need, I decided to create a therapy resource guide, which is complete with a page of recommended therapist! 🤩

It’s always my desire to support as many women as I can in the space of mental health! Why? Because I know what it feels like to be clinically depressed and to experience anxiety. I also know what it’s like to heal, thrive and find success with regard to your mental health. I pray that this guide is a light to many & a gift to all! 💜

This guide will be released next week, so be on the lookout!

Happy Friday, Queens!

During last Saturday’s prayer call, we talked about the power of being A QUEEN & I gave a homework assignment (it’s the teacher in me) 😆

The challenge was to look at YOUR crown (not the comparison of your sister’s crown) and identify the distinct characteristics that each colored jewel in your crown represents for you!

Let’s start identifying those characteristics that are uniquely beautiful about ourselves!
