Just 3 months ago, I felt discouraged every time I looked in the mirror.
I'd tried so many diets, from keto to intermittent fasting... and I always stopped within the first week.
Then I decided to start with something very simple: walking.
I started with just 5 minutes a day, then gradually increased it to 30 minutes, and now I walk 4 kilometers daily.
But the secret wasn't just walking...
I drank a glass of water before every meal, ate more protein (eggs, chicken, lentils), and cut down on white bread and sugar.
And most importantly? I slept better and stopped experiencing emotional hunger.
The result?
