I’m not always in yoga clothes. 2024 was a tough yet transformative year. Wishing everyone the Happiest of New Year’s. May all your dreams come true in 2025, and if not, may God grant you the wisdom and patience to bear whatever comes your way with grace and insight to learn the lessons.

Last night’s class had the whole room levitating. We’re going to do it all over again this Friday. Join us at 6:30 pm!

If you want to catch a class with me before then, I’ll be teaching warm vinyasa on Sunday (tomorrow) at and Power on Tuesday morning at 6:15 am .
