Beef Stroganoff 🥩✨
Slice 600 g beef and sear until golden, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté 1 onion in butter, then add 300 g mushrooms and 3 garlic cloves.
Mix in 1 tbsp flour, warm it up, then pour in 250 ml broth and 150 g cream.
Add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp mustard.
Return the beef, season with salt & pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes 😍

Creamy Garlic & Tomato Chicken Pasta 💫🍝

Ingredients you’ll need:
🍝 130g pasta
🍗 2 chicken breasts (butterflied & coated in Cajun seasoning)
🧅 1 onion
🧄 3 cloves garlic
🌿 2 tsp Italian seasoning
🧂 Salt & pepper (to taste)
🥣 150ml chicken stock
🥛 50g reduced-fat crème fraîche + 100ml milk
🧀 50g parmesan
🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
🌱 Handful of spinach

✨ Cook the pasta, sauté the chicken until golden, then toss everything together with creamy garlic-tomato sauce for a rich, comforting dish. EST CALS: 600
