Zen Hour – Virtual Breathwork
Once a month, I host a live online breathwork journey that you can join from anywhere in the world.
From your bed, your sofa, your yoga mat — wherever you feel most comfortable.
All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and an open mind.
Breathwork is a powerful practice that helps release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself. Each session is a guided journey through breath, music, and integration.
This is a space to pause, reset, and come back to yourself.
