🍽️ Looking for a healthy and delicious dinner idea? Try this mouthwatering recipe: Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken with Quinoa Salad! 🌿🍋

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water or chicken broth
- Assorted vegetables (such as cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
