Our "Window of Tolerance" is the space where we can handle life’s stressors effectively. When we are pushed outside this window, we tend to go in one of two directions:

✅Hyper-arousal: Feeling anxious, angry, or overwhelmed. Your "gas pedal" is stuck.

✅Hypo-arousal: Feeling numb, exhausted, or disconnected. Your "brakes" are stuck.

Being "productive" isn't the goal when you’re outside your window—getting back into it is. Whether that’s through deep breathing or a cold glass of water, be gentle with your nervous system today.
