There are several common types of shoulder conditions that can cause pain:

We get it. You really want a TheraBand.

They are admittedly pretty cool. If you're not familiar, they're thick elastic bands that provide a way to strengthen muscles by using resistance.

If you have an injury or condition, FYZICAL 50th Street NW can prescribe specific exercises for you to do and, yes... there's a chance that a TheraBand may be used to perform these exercises.

We like them because they're inexpensive, easily portable and you can vary their resistance. But, hey, there's loads more cool stuff to like about , so let's not obsess about the Theraband! ๐Ÿ˜‚
