On April 5 2020, 5 years ago we started DCGCY group that covers Yog, meditation, music, health, wellness, sacred yatra, affiliating with other organizations for garba, selective plays and movies and much more that benefit the community locally and globally during throughout Covid time and continues without any interruptions👏👏👍🙏🙏🙏

Happy International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2024. It is 11th IDY this year.

I am returning back to the LIVE sessions in morning at our regular Suryanamaskar session tomorrow as we celebrate 11th International Day of Yoga.
PLEASE JOIN ME in morning session. I am resuming my routine live leading DCGCY sessions after my daughter’s wedding is completed 👍

The International Day of Yoga is a day in recognition of Yoga, that is celebrated across the world annually on June 21, following its adoption by the United Nations in 2014. As Yoga exercises have shown significant benefits for physical and mental well-being, it was considered important by the UN to globally promote this wellness practice, which originated in ancient India.
Each year, International Yoga Day adopts a specific theme to focus the celebrations and activities around a particular aspect of yoga. The theme for 2024 is "Yoga for Self and Society."
