Sometimes I wake up and I’m locked in 🔒
Other days… I can’t find him.

One morning it’s eggs, avocado, lean beef, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, Diet Coke on the side, dialed in macros, protein on point.

Next morning it’s tacos, burritos, fries, burgers, extra sauce, zero regrets.

And you know what? That’s real life.

Fitness isn’t about being perfect 24/7. It’s about what you do MOST of the time. The boring consistency. The early workouts. The balanced meals. The discipline when no one’s watching.

Because one “off” meal doesn’t ruin your progress.
But quitting does.
