Last week, Susan told me she was frustrated that the scale hadn’t moved.

She felt like she wasn’t eating much and was being mindful at restaurants.

So I put on my detective hat and asked questions about some of her meals.
We found that some extras were missing.
None of them felt significant on their own, but together they added up.

When we zoomed out, we noticed her eating habits were supporting maintenance, not fat loss.
That would’ve been fine, except her goal wasn’t maintenance.

She has a wedding coming up and wants her dress to fit comfortably.

Once she saw it, she adjusted. No guilt necessary. Swipe through the carousel to see how easy it is to make the same mistakes.
