Recently, I have completed listening to (Podcast) again. It is a gutting experience, not only because of what happened but the psychology of women going through any fertility treatment.
I heard many times from my work that women were told by their partners, clinic staff, doctors, and mothers to just relax. Some are told they are not pregnant because they are too anxious. They reach my doorsteps with immense guilt because they believe did this to themselves.
How can we not be anxious? Is it natural to be able to compartmentalize your anxiety as if going through a series of important decisions to have a baby is nothing special?
