Let’s explore the misconception about being healthy and fit.
1. Being fit does not make you healthy.
2. Being healthy does not make you fit.
3. But being fit can help you deal with health issues.
4. But being healthy can help you get fit easier.
5. Just because the doctor tells you your fine, in most case they just saying they have not found anything yet.
The components of health and fitness:
** Mind
a. You are what you think
b. You can’t do what you say, you can’t do
c. You get how you look at life
d. You will believe what you tell yourself
e. Only you can change your mind
** Physique (Body)
a. Your outside is the window to your inside
i. Weight (IBW)
ii. Waist (Waist to Height Ratio < 50%)
iii. Body Fat %
1. Male 13.7% - 20.9%
2. Female 21.5% - 26.3%
a. Depending on Age
b. Rest (Sleep)
c. Helps you with you s*x life.
** Exercise (168 Hours in a week, Time investment 6 Hours (3 Hours for workouts, 3 Hours for travel))
