Hi friend…it’s been a minute hasn’t it? 🙂

We’ve been off the metagrid for the past 4 months, and it’s been quite the journey.

Our time away wasn’t just a vacation; it was spirit reset.

Let’s take a stroll down memory lane that started in January when we went back to Ecuador to dive deeper into the world of plant medicine. From learning new herbs to forging connections with the Shaur community. Our knowledge and experience with Amazonian herbs continues to expand and every time we hold greater respect for these plant allies. We’ve even managed to ethically source Soursop leaves!

And since we were only staying in one part of the country, we befriended many locals that now feel like family. From our juice man (Javier and his wife, Ivanah) to our fruit lady (Maria)— there’s something pure in knowing how we went from exchanging goods to nourish our bodies, to taking it deeper through story-telling, sharing dreams and goals and laughter— all which nourish the spirit.

We spent quality time with family, one in particular who we lived with for a bit— and we miss her so much.

We even met a Bio-chemist who has made significant strides in his field and for the country as whole. We would often spend time in his garden where he’s planted fruits native to the area— and had 50+ year old avocado trees.

Our time away wasn’t just about exploration, though. It was about finding balance in a whirlwind of blessings and demands from the past year. So, we took a step back to recharge ourselves.

We selflessly dedicated time to self-care—reading, exercising, detoxing, and exploring new passions. It was a period of growth and discovery. And now we’re feeling 100% and bursting with excitement to share what we’ve been up to.

✨7 DRESSINGS FOR YOUR SALADS🥗 save this for your next bowl of greens💚

Because with the weather getting warmer we will all be reaching for lighter, crunchy and refreshing dishes— cue the salads!

Last year I kicked off a DRESSING SERIES because store bought is blah since they’re filled with some preservative. But then life happened— you know how it is. 😅

So I’m resurrecting the series and I wanted to share the original 6 recipes that I started with in screenshotable recipe cards. I also plugged in the newest one from earlier in the week.

🥭 Magno Vinaigrette
🌱 Sweet Basil Oil
🥗 Creamy Ranch
🧅 Asian Dressing
🍯 Sweet Sesame
🌿 Green Onion Vinaigrette
⚡️ Tamarind Ginger

My personal favorite right NOW is that Tamarind Ginger. But I remember that sweet basil oil being heaven sent. And then there is that creamy ranch— ok they’re all good! 😂

IN BETWEEN HERE & THERE: Isn’t it something that when we are in a state of peace and bliss our cells, breath and overall essence vibrate to the frequency of our thoughts and emotions from a song so pure that was composed by you. And when we are stressed and rushed, you can feel your nerves burning out and your light dimming from the weight of the overcast above? ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
What do you do in moments like that? Do you let it consume you until it beckons you to your knees where you search for reprieve only to get caught up in the same cycle months, weeks, even days later? Do you cry and promise you’ll be more gentle and kind to yourself? Do you search even deeper for the infiltrator to hear its demands?⁣⁣

What do I do? Reflect in solitude. Cry. Embrace. And finally, give it to the wind. ⁣⁣

I think I’m getting better at working through moments that weigh heavy on my soul. December was rough, January I’ve been between heartache and healing. Now I don’t really like looking too far ahead but I do feel like February is going to be brighter and feel lighter. ⁣⁣

Winter is where the end and beginning meet— and I can really resonate with that now. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Be kinder to yourself as you work through pain. Recognize moments, no matter how small, that bring you joy. Breathe life into your cells. One step at a time, my friend. ⁣⁣❤️‍🔥

Well…for starters you gotta know A REAL CHAMPION doesn’t consume a dead bird’s fetus, pus and blood, and pork waste to begin their day.⁣

Especially not as your first meal upon your rising when your body’s going through a process of natural detoxification at its peak.⁣

So people ask, “what do I eat then?” My response will partially be air - and you’re also asking the wrong question. You should be asking “what do I drink?” which should entail natural fresh squeezed juices from fruits. ⁣

Your melons, papayas, mangos, berries, grapes - these are the foods that assist the body throughout its natural elimination period. Water soluble foods which carry structured water - the same water your cells are made of which goes by H302 (refer to Dr. Gerald Pollack’s research). This water is alive and highly anti-oxidizing, rich in minerals that provide all the constituents to cleanse your mucus membrane from all the compromising free radicals and highly acidic residue many people accumulate due to this western diet. 💧🍉⁣

Eating solid foods doesn’t even fit into the scope of a so called “breakfast.” Your real breakfast really should kick off between 12pm and 3pm when the sun is at its highest peak and in alignment with your gut aka your solar plex, which is your natural oven. During this time is when your natural oven is at its peak as well meaning your digestive system can easily break down what you’re consuming which should be your fruits. ☀️⁣

So forget a champion’s breakfast. Level up and BREAK your FAST like the god you are and know WHEN you should be eating. ✨⁣

⚡️ELECTRIC MOCK-BACON RECIPE 🥓⁣

If you’re wanting a sandwich, then zap into this!⁣

A play-up on that BLT, gotta love King Oyster Mushrooms for this one. ⁣

Here’s what you need:⁣

MOCK-BACON:⁣
- King Trumpet Mushrooms⁣ (I said oyster in the video 🤦‍♀️)
- Smoked Sea Salt⁣
- Onion Powder⁣
- Cayenne Pepper⁣
- 1 1/2 TBSP Avocado Oil⁣
- BBQ Sauce

SANDWICH:⁣
- Lettuce⁣
- Plum Tomato⁣
- Onions⁣
- H**p Mayo⁣
- Spelt Bread⁣

1. Preheat oven to 350 F, line baking tray with baking sheet.⁣
2. Wash the mushrooms, slice into thinnish pieces (look at the video).⁣
3. Coat with avocado oil, lay down evenly on a tray and lightly season⁣
4. Bake for 40 minutes, halfway through flip the slices. ⁣
5. Coat with BBQ Sauce, then broil for 5 minutes. ⁣
6. Add it to sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, pizza— whatever you like!⁣


You already know we had to add that signature H**p Mayo. 😂⁣
