Unlock the power of craniosacral therapy and brain integration to be free from chronic pain!
Craniosacral therapy was one of my first self healing loves. I learned about it in college and it sparked my curiosity and kicked off a self inquiry journey that continues to this day.
In my sessions I use the brain integration work coupled with craniosacral therapy to release trauma that is held in the tissues.
I realize that I am now doing the work that I was seeking for myself way back when I started. So cool!

Just over two decades ago, when I first learned Brain Gym, I never imagined that it would change my life in such a way, that I see a very distinct time in my life, BBG(before Brain Gym) and ABG(after Brain Gym). I was doing all kinds of therapies and bodywork to just try to feel good, but the thing that made the biggest difference was working on (and with) my central nervous system. The relief I felt from a long standing way of being just melting away, made me think, "I wanted EVERYONE to feel this feeling". If you have been feeling out of sorts, or stuck, frustrated, or curious, come join the next Brain Reset Group on Thursday March 21 at 7:30PM EST.

This month is a particularly reflective one for me, as I lost my mother in February 9 years ago. One thing that has stuck with me about the end of life experience, is the reckoning that one must have with regret.

Whether it be romantic regret, a lost/missed opportunity, a choice that was made/not made, most people have experienced regret at some point in their lives.

Taking the “Leap Of Faith” can feel very scary but to me, regret scares me more.

Can regret become the fodder from which you can gather the courage and resources to make a different choice

Let’s come together on Leap Year Day, and gather some movement resources to take a new calculated risk, make a new choice, take that leap.
