Ingredients

For the Caramelized Potatoes:

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed ๐Ÿฅ”
1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
2 tbsp unsalted butter ๐Ÿงˆ
1 tbsp honey or sugar ๐Ÿฏ
Salt and freshly ground black pepper ๐Ÿง‚
Instructions
Prepare the Filet Mignon:

Season the filet mignon generously with salt and pepper. Let them rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Caramelize the Potatoes:

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add cubed potatoes and sautรฉ until golden and crispy on the outside, about 5-7 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add butter and honey (or sugar), and toss until the potatoes are glazed and caramelized. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

Directions

Prepare the Salmon:

Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Prepare the Asparagus:

Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Lay them next to the salmon. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

1 can mandarin oranges (15 oz), drained ๐ŸŠ
3/4 lb green grapes, halved ๐Ÿ‡
2 bananas, sliced ๐ŸŒ
1 package strawberries (16 oz), sliced ๐Ÿ“
1 small box vanilla instant pudding (3.4 oz) (Jell-O brand recommended) ๐Ÿฎ
Optional: Add any other fruits you love! ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿฅ๐ŸŽ

Mix Pineapple and Pudding:
