It is time to talk!!! Join me for the lunch hour this coming Wednesday at 12.00 noon EST. We will discuss burnout and why burnout prevention is so important. We will discuss three ideas that fall under "Eat Well", three ideas that fall under "Be Well" and three ideas that fall under "Stay Well". You will leave rejuvenated and inspired.

Research is clear: healthy diet may help offset symptoms of burnout.
But "Just eat well" can be easier said than done, especially when you feel exhausted; and as a matter of fact it can rub you the wrong way.
I get it. But did you know that there are foods that you can add to your diet that don't require any work, and also happen to fall into food categories associated with reducing symptoms of burnout?

This one made me think about my days (weekdays as well as weekends) in a very different way. At first, it was jarring to see several weeks of data. It was clear where I was over-scheduling, and what areas of my life weren't getting enough attention. It made me more intentional in how I schedule my time.
Of course, life happens - sometimes things are a bit off balance. But being a bit off balance is one thing; being completely neglected is another.

I saw it too many times: treating self-care as another goal, another thing "to do", without planning and making any room for change. But adding right things in a wrong way may lead to sense of overwhelm and failure.
