Help to support keeping out families together even when they are separated! Hold both parents accountable for their children! Help support the children having both parents involved in their lives giving their support to the child!! Help to support providing assistance to higher income brackets, Middle class needs help too! Don't let them violate our civil rights by selectively enforcing a banished Federal law on minorities! Help us rebuild our families!

For many years, we have talked about how our black families are being torn apart. We talk about the broken black family over and over again, but there are no conversations of how to fix the damage started by slavery. We need repair and we need it now. We must fix the black family together. It starts with repairing the relationship between parent and child and the current child support guideline is the issue. There are a number of conversations about how child support needs to be restructured and how it is tearing our black men down as well as our black women even though they think they are benefiting. You are swapping out a relationship with the other parent for money. But then get very upset when the parent that is paying support is not spending the time with the child. Was it ever considered that after paying that support, they don’t have the means to spend the time with the child? Where are they going if the other parent now can’t afford a home or food? Was it considered that even the support is not going to be enough, but you as the custodial parent can’t get a job because you cannot afford child care? We have to fix this before we talk about advancing our community, we must fix the struggle of the families. Again, there are a number of conversations about how child support needs to be restructured and how it is tearing our black men down as well as our black women. But that is all they are is talk! We are taking action! Please review what is wrong with the current child support guideline, our proposed new guideline for child support that decriminalizes child support and provides support to both parents for the care of the child form the state not the other parent to include childcare, and then sign the petition!!!! We Need Change Now!! Before this election if possible! We will be presenting this to our constituent representative-Date to be announced!
