This year's NCAL Day brought together over 300 dedicated professionals in assisted living, united in our mission to enhance the lives of those we serve.

A standout moment was the Dementia Empathy Experience Program (DEEP), which allowed participants to experience life from the perspective of those living with dementia, emphasizing that empathy is a vital skill we can all develop. Read more from !

NCAL Day is an annual education and networking event for professionals in the assisted living industry and is held on the Sunday of Delivering Solutions, AHCA/NCAL Convention and Expo.
