The WELLderness program I created for Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens has kicked off and now I am teaching Zumba for it on select weekends. Get your FREE fitness on outside this weekend and join me Sunday at 9a in my neck of the woods at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens.
