I assist those who are at the stage of mid-life to realize that this stage is full of opportunities and not a midlife crisis. As a Certified Christian Life Coach, I form a strategic partnership with individuals to aid them in moving to the next level toward whatever the believe it to be. It i

My partnership with my clients involve the area of ABCD's (AWARENESS: Seeking to better understand yourself - your strengths, desires, values, motivation; BALANCE: Seeking balance is the key to maintaining positive and growth inspiring habits in your life; CONFIDENCE: Believing in yourself and your strengths is not always natural or comfortable. Working on developing greater confidence and applying it to your life will help you attain your goals more easily and with greater reward; DEVELOPMENT: We would never move forward if we did not seek to develop ourselves toward becoming the person we want to be. This ability is in all of us, should we seek to develop it.) Through a combination of skilled listening, specific coaching tools and exercises I will help you identify limiting beliefs, assisting the establishment of goals and assist with bringing about new ideas to help you be more focused, motivated and open to new ideas. During our strategic partnership you will be encouraged to see different possibilities, redirect your focus, to take a step back and actually examine your life and all of it’s components. As the layers begin to peel back you will achieve a greater self-awareness, focus and accountability, as well as, moving toward your destiny. It's never to late to live a fulfilled life and rediscover yourself. In the Bible the Book of Philippians tells us that we are to leave our past behind and move toward what lies ahead. It's time to tab into your power within and move toward the next level. It is time to seize the moment.
