Exercise helps reduce stress by releasing endorphins, the body’s natural mood elevators, and by lowering levels of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. This hormonal shift leads to feelings of relaxation and improved mood. Additionally, exercise can act as a distraction from worries, improve sleep quality, and increase feelings of well-being

Limit foods like pizza, cheese, meat products like bacon, sausages, dairy-based sweets, and whole fat milk.

Saturated fat is solid at room temperature. Animal foods like meat and cheese have high levels of saturated fat.

Saturated fat is not good for health, it can increase bad cholesterol levels in the body, causing heart disease.

Substitute saturated fats for polyunsaturated fats such as foods like fish, nuts, flaxseed, chia seeds, tofu, eggs.
