OUT NOW: The National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health/ Got Transition, in partnership with Family Voices, Inc. (National) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)'s Maternal and Child Health Bureau,, has published a new article in Pediatrics that examines individual, family, and health system characteristics to determine which are associated with disparities in receipt of preparation services for youth ages 12–17. The study brings attention to subgroups of youth who are least likely to receive guidance on health care transition and offers clinical and system-level approaches to help health care providers better prepare youth for this critical shift.
