Whether you’re struggling with fertility, carrying a complicated relationship, grieving a loss, or feeling the challenges of motherhood, this gathering offers space to reflect, share, and connect in small, expert-led groups.

Ever feel like trusting someone again is just too big a leap? Trauma can shake your sense of safety, so it’s only natural to hesitate. It’s not weakness—your mind is just looking out for you.

So, how do you begin?

Start small: share a tiny thought with someone you trust or let a friend help you in a simple way. And remember, setting boundaries doesn’t mean you’re pushing people away—it’s about making sure you feel safe and respected.

The biggest step might be learning to trust yourself again. Healing takes time, and that’s okay. You deserve connections that feel supportive and safe—take it one moment at a time.

Do you ever feel like you’re just going through the motions, watching life from the outside but not really feeling it? That’s emotional numbing—your brain’s protective “off” switch when emotions become too overwhelming. It might seem like you’re disconnected or “cold,” but it’s actually your mind working overtime to keep you safe.

Healing starts with small steps. Touch a soft blanket, savor a warm cup of tea, or immerse yourself in music that resonates with you. Name even the tiniest emotions (“I feel a little tired,” “I feel okay right now”) to help reconnect with deeper feelings. Be patient with yourself—relearning to feel takes time, and that’s okay.

Healing isn’t about erasing the past.

It’s about learning to live with it in a way that doesn’t weigh us down. We don’t erase our experiences; instead, we figure out how to carry them with grace and maybe even a little more lightness.
