Even though I was at the edge of the hurricane, I received so many voices of concern. Thank you very much for checking in. The sense of ions splitting the energies of nature and the individual was awakening on some level. I'm not saying it was enjoyable but it was something that could not be ignored. It was mostly disturbing. I checked on people here who are homeless and they were being sheltered. The homes and communities on the west coast are suffering. Here the neighbors were all helping out. Only had power going on and off. Not a great deal of damage in Palm Beach County. Thank you to everyone for being concerned and loving.

I’m probably still jet-lagged but I was able to walk to the beach! I love the dawn here. It’s an especially good way to start the New Year contemplating the light, nature and the elements. Tonight I teach my first Qigong class in almost 2 weeks. Please do this for yourself.

Last day in Italy- I received rich teachings, studied with winderful astrologers and made some deep friendships. Como is a hot tourist spot because it is so very beautiful. And the FOOD! Looking forward to coming home to my friends, family and dog.
