April 2001 • Warsaw, Poland 🇵🇱

Who knew one weekend could change the course of my entire life?

That’s when I took my first Part 1 course and learned the Sudarshan Kriya. Something shifted. It wasn’t the world around me that changed—but how I saw it. My inner lens had turned, and all I could think was: “Wow… how wonderful.”

Two months later, I met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in a park in Berlin. He was offering sandwiches to a group of us from Poland who had arrived by bus. I’ll never forget His eyes—there was something beyond this world in them. ✨

Then came a meditation He led. My mind felt so calm. So still.

A few weeks later I was on a silence retreat in Germany…

Then teacher’s training… more courses, events, community—all guiding me to the same truth:
God is within.

Eventually, life brought me to the U.S.—first NYC, now LA.

And it all began with that one weekend.
