Hello Everyone! I wanted to share with you that I am in the process of restoring and reinventing myself. A part of my reinvention is letting Gaia's Return and my offerings transform into something new. One way this looks like is closing this page and website. I thank you for being there for me, as supporters, advocates and inspiration. I look forward to sharing with you my new endeavors.

It has been a year since Breastfeeding in public was made legal in the US! This was a hallmark advancement in women's/children's rights and also for our society. Breastfeeding has incredible benefits for our children, therefore our country, world. More deeply, I believe we are seeing women as the life-giving and sustaining beings they are, and there's nothing 'indecent' or 'improper' about that.

Something that I have been experiencing is getting to know myself better. More specifically, loving myself- for myself, by myself. I intentionally started this journey in May of this year because I was searching for love and wholeness outside myself.
🌿
I was in need of healing mySelf. I took on the challenge (caring more deeply for others than myself has been a theme for me), and was recommended to read Louise Haye‘s Mirror Work. Let’s just say I now can delve into myself and can tell you without hesitation what I deserve. What I cherish and love about myself. About You. About Humanity. I’m more at home within myself. Criticising myself/others less, enjoying giving (& asking/receiving healing), and being my authentic, evolving self.

And it feels good. Better. True. I invite you to look at yourself in the eyes in a mirror. And if that’s too hard, your nose, cheeks, hair and tell yourself that you love yourself unconditionally.

“No problem is bigger than my purpose.” When I saw this on the Eternal Sunshine app (and no I don’t have a sponsoring deal with them or anything, just love the app!), I felt something rock and settle in my core.
🌿
I believe that we’re each here for a unique reason, and have stuff to do/learn/resolve/express/refine etc on a personal and collective level. If we are here purposefully, then I believe that we inherently have access to all the support we need to express that purpose. We can make it through each challenge, turn it into a gem. How attuned we are to this support, and when/how we decide to become to more easily breathe in, exude and share it is up to us.
