Brigadeiros Without Guilty…is it possible?
I have to confess that is not the same taste, but it’s pretty good if you a chocoholic like myself and wants something taste and sweet sometimes. But more important if you would rather not have condensed milk.
Here is the HOW TO:
Boil two green bananas or one green plantain. After boiled, peel it off and melt 1 large bar of dark chocolate cut in pieces and mix them while still hot. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and if you still need more sugar add a little bit of coconut sugar, or any of your favorite sugar substitutes. Mix it well and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 min. Then you are ready to mold the small balls and you can sprinkle it to cacao powder, crushed pistachios or the traditional chocolate sprinkles.
Hope you enjoy it too!🤗

Sourdough bread is my new love healthy food. Do you want to know why? Sourdough is a nutritious and flavorful choice thanks to its natural fermentation process. Unlike regular bread, sourdough is made using wild yeast and beneficial bacteria, which help break down gluten and phytic acid. This makes it easier to digest and allows your body to absorb more nutrients like iron, magnesium, and zinc.

The fermentation also gives sourdough a lower glycemic index, meaning it causes a slower rise in blood sugar levels—helpful for maintaining steady energy throughout the day. Additionally, it contains natural probiotics that can support gut health.

In short, sourdough bread isn’t just tasty—it’s a healthier, more digestible option compared to many conventional breads.

Porque a partir dela, você poderá bordar a tua essência.”

Thanksgiving is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November every year and inspires to look at what has been lived and to let thanksgiving light on every step. Recognizing what holds us, drives and unites, strengthens the heart and renews hope. May this spirit motivate to value the essential and share goodness, and that gratitude open ways of union and serenity in each encounter. Blessings, thanks for being part of my journey and happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁🍽

This new lactose free yogurt recipe is sooo delicious that I could eat the entire thing!😋And it’s super easy. Just 3 ingredients. In a blender add the meat of two green coconuts and its water with half lemon (squeezed). Blend well and put the mixture in a nice glass bottle. Cover it for 12 hours while it ferments. And next day you will have the best coconut yogurt you ever had!
Add any fruit of your taste to it, topped with granola or just nuts and a splash of maples syrup or agave (optional), because it’s sweet enough without it too. Try and let me know if you enjoyed this lactose free yogurt. And if you did, share it with friends that can’t eat dairy. They will love you❣️😊
