This new lactose free yogurt recipe is sooo delicious that I could eat the entire thing!šAnd itās super easy. Just 3 ingredients. In a blender add the meat of two green coconuts and its water with half lemon (squeezed). Blend well and put the mixture in a nice glass bottle. Cover it for 12 hours while it ferments. And next day you will have the best coconut yogurt you ever had!
Add any fruit of your taste to it, topped with granola or just nuts and a splash of maples syrup or agave (optional), because itās sweet enough without it too.
