Here's a trick I use...

Eat foods with high water content, it leaves you feeling full on small amounts. E.g. Grapes, mangoes, watermelon, oranges, sweet corn and the list goes on!

But in all seriousness, the scale is only one of several ways to measure your progress.
Take measurements and progress photos to keep track. Take note of how you feel.
Just because the scale doesn't move does not mean you haven't made progress.
