As a marathoner and ultramarathoner, I understand the importance of resilience, discipline, and perseverance—qualities that extend far beyond the racecourse. These same principles have shaped my approach to coaching, helping my clients navigate not just physical challenges, but also their careers, finances, and personal aspirations. I hold a dual degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Information Systems Management, with a minor in Psychology, which gives me a unique, science-based perspective on the human body and mind. This combination of scientific knowledge and practical experience allows me to offer a well-rounded approach to coaching, wellness, and holistic health. Through one-on-one coaching, personalized fitness plans, and nutritional guidance, I help my clients tap into their full potential. Don’t let anyone do the work for you. If you want a handstand, you have to put in the reps.
Practice different poses, build your core and shoulder strength, or dedicate your time fully to mastering the handstand.
A lot of people want the handstand for the ego… but do you genuinely want to put in the work to press into a handstand? Tell me 👇

Every day is a new chance to try a new tool. Approach it like a child trying a new toy—like the box jump! As a kid, I tried every sport for the first time without worrying about failure or judgment. It is easy to think something is simple until you actually try it. Join me and show me your box jump! And remember: if your doctor isn't prescribing a workout plan, it's time to fire your doctor.

What is yoga?
And does it stress my body?
For me, yoga is freedom.
It is breathing into every atom of my body… finding ease in movement, stillness in chaos, and connection within myself.
From the Vedic understanding, yoga is not just poses or stretching for aesthetics. Yoga means union — the alignment of body, mind, breath, and spirit. It is awareness. Discipline. Presence. Balance.
Yoga is not competition.
It is not punishment.
It is not forcing the body beyond its limits.
True yoga teaches us to listen, not to fight ourselves.
For me, yoga is a lifestyle choice I am deeply committed to. It shapes the way I move, breathe, think, eat, rest, and live. Every practice reminds me to return to myself with compassion and intention.
This is more than exercise for me.
This is healing.
This is alignment.
This is my way of life. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨
