SOTW: DB Incline Bench Press
✅ Squat to pick up weights. Set them on knees as you sit. Then drive knees to put them in position.
✅ Plant feet firmly on floor. Core braced. Head back.
✅ Lower weight to shoulders at about 45 degrees.
✅ Press through palms to extend arms. Weights gently kiss at the top.
✅ Lower with control and repeat.
