The journey from illness to health, from cocooning to emerging and blooming, often includes challenges that are part of becoming strong and whole — just like a butterfly, which needs the struggle to strengthen its wings and fly.

As I found my way back to health, I discovered that tapping into the regenerative resources already inside us builds our capacity to dream, grow, and thrive.
