While more people are searching for (on-demand) therapy, Licensed mental health therapists are the frontline workers you don’t hear much about. We are in high demand.

If you think therapy should be free and accessible. Please help make it free and accessible by donating to your local direct service organizations, nonprofit organizations or charities that focus on mental health.

Thank you!

Thanks to some of your kind donations I was able to purchase 20 of these books 📚. I was able to give one to my intern to help her during her studies as she learns how to provide perinatal mental health counseling.
These books were purchased from donations made to the Dorene Odom Education Fund- named after my late mother who was a special education teacher.

These will be given to some of my therapy clients in the future and to women in the U.S. Virgin Islands that have suffered from miscarriage and infant loss. Books like these help families learn about the different types of loss, what to expect in the days, weeks, and months to come. This book also helps parents make decisions about the funeral process and educated people on how to support parents that have suffered loss. THANK YOU for helping to normalize someone’s grief process.

Thank you Milk Snob for your kind donation of milk snob baby carrier covers! My moms in DC, Maryland, and St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands will appreciate them. Thank you for providing an item that will help my moms keep their babies safe and healthy 💚. It’s little things like this that can help ease a little of someone’s anxiety, especially a mother with postpartum anxiety that may have germ 🦠 or cleaning obsessions.
