Don't Miss Sylvia Traymore Morrison in Washington, DC, at the Lincoln Theater, September 26th. See You There. Congratulations to Miss Black Americas of All Time as they continue to Serve and to Rise! Sylvia Traymore Morrison, circa 1973. Queen, "Dr." Sylvia Traymore and Queen Bernadette Stanis (Thelma of Sitcom, "Good Times". Ain't we lucky we had em), tied for First Runner Up!
Bernadette was casted for Good Times right from the Miss Black America Pageant's Stage. Sylvia went
on to participate in a Necessary very important Miss Black America Pageant tour throughout Vietnam, where Black Soldiers had been drafted disproportionately and where they died Disproportionately. We are still impacted by that Generation of Loss Today.
However, the Soldiers described this Miss Black America Pageant Concert Tour as feeling like a, "Love Letter from Home", in the midst of it all. Funny Lady, Best Selling Author and First Black Female Impersonater, Dr. Sylvia had them Cracking up, All the way Back to the United States. When Red Fox got wind of this Miss Black America's talent, service and heartfelt connection to the audience, he decided to represent her himself.
What a great rare homecoming gift from Vietnam. Sylvia is still Rockin' the House Today. In fact she hasn't stopped since the very early 70's. She is a Miss Black America Pageant Icon and a Global Treasure.
When you attend her Upcoming Show at the Lincoln Theater in Washington, DC, your sides are gonna split from laughter, all night long! Don't Miss It!,
September 26th. Get your tickets. This will sell out.
