Today’s topic is about HABIT! Do we need it, do we want it, what’s the benefit?
Having a habit is essentially learning discipline. It’s the persistent repetition of actions that becomes memory.
Apparently, it takes only 21 days for a habit to form. Habits can be applied for anything, whether it’s exercise, reading, praying, or saving money. Find a goal and create a habit to achieve this goals!
