✍ If you…

✅ Are not intentional about combating racism, you are not intentional about change.

✅ Must be sold on combating racism, you will probably not make a great ally.

✅ Are not willing to invest in acquiring knowledge, you will probably not invest in taking action.

✅ Are driven by sympathy and not empathy, you are more likely to marginalize those being oppressed.

👉 Having a good heart and being a good person will not solve racism in America. You MUST be willing to have difficult conversations, acknowledge and seek to understand past transgressions and find solutions for the future.
