We boarded Virgin Voyages on International Pilates Day and today we celebrated with guest instructors and teaching Pilates, Gyrokenesis and Reflexology. 30 black women, connecting and cultivating space for themselves. More video to come of this amazing day once I return, but just know we are doing the work of Pilates on this Virgin Voyage to Turks and Caicos.
