We all know that exercise is an important aspect of staying well. You don’t necessarily have to do some fancy workout or go out and hire a personal trainer. Something as simple as walking on a consistent basis will do wonders for your body and mind. Start walking today!

Did not being chosen for a job you desired even lead you to a better one? Did a breakup ever lead you to a better relationship? Sometimes we have rigid expectations of the path we are “supposed to be” on. Yet, life may have other ideas.

Don't fight what comes up; instead, you can choose to go with the flow and see where it takes you. Life is usually pointing you in the direction of something greater. Examine yourself and realize that you already possess all you require to achieve. Don't fixate on what went wrong because you are already actually being guided to something better. Instead of dwelling too long in disappointment, ask yourself these 2 questions:

1. What have I learned from this situation?

2.How can it make me stronger?

Trust and stay open; then you will notice the better things that are on the way.

In early 2020, the world was turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, over a year later, people are longing for a “return to normal.” For the chronic illness and disability community however, that “normal” is not something that many can or want to return to.
