Today marked the second day of our Sky Breath Meditation training with The Art of Living. We’re learning powerful new ways to breathe through life’s stress and anxiety—gently, intentionally, and with ease.

Yesterday marked the end of our 13-week journey with Grief Share.
This grief counseling group has been more than just a support system—it has been a path that gently led me closer to God.

These past weeks have been long, emotional, and at times heavy, but each step has helped me grow stronger. The pain hasn’t disappeared, but I’ve learned how to carry it with grace and faith.

I’m deeply thankful for the connections I’ve made along the way, the stories shared, the tears shed, and the prayers lifted. I now look forward—holding close the relationships I have in the present—until that beautiful day when I finally meet You, Lord.

Self-Journaling,

I must admit, I’ve been grappling with intense anger and very short temper lately while
I never imagined I’d endure such emotions, but they seem to be an integral part of my journey.

Today marks my second attempt at learning how to reset after the loss of my mother.
I acknowledged the hard truth—there’s nothing I can do to change her passing—and reminded myself that it’s okay to feel everything deeply while still choosing to move forward.

I practiced self-care by showing up for yoga at , giving myself space to breathe and reconnect.

Moving forward, I’m committed to continuing to seek support and embracing healthy coping mechanisms. I’m learning how to gradually integrate this loss into my life—not to forget, but to grow with it as I find my way forward.

An inner saboteur is a pattern of thinking that causes people to self-sabotage. Self-sabotage is when someone’s actions, thoughts, or behaviors prevent them from reaching their goals. In 2024, we spent a lot of time in our inner saboteur due to unexpected life changing experiences. In 2025, we plan to retrain our mind and body through manifestation and 60 Day Manifestation Cleanse. We pray for positivity and await for what’s in store.
