We just had to share!

I’m thrilled to share that starting Thursday, June 5, 2025, all appointments will take place at my new studio location:

529 14th Street NW
Washington, DC 20045
(National Press Building)

The new space is right in the heart of downtown D.C.—just steps from the White House and Metro Center! It’s located in the historic National Press Building, a longtime hub for journalists and storytellers. And now… a space for rest, healing, and deep-tissue relief.

If you already have an appointment booked on or after June 5, no need to do anything—it’ll automatically be held at the new location. I’ll meet you in the lobby and guide you from there.

Also, a quick reminder: massage therapy may be reimbursable through your FSA, HSA, or HRA with (or without) a Letter of Medical Necessity. Let me know if you need a receipt or have any questions about how to submit your sessions.

A quick spring update from Kai Studio!

You can use your FSA, HSA, or HRA for massage therapy:

Many clients don’t realize this, but if your plan allows it, you can either use your FSA/HSA/HRA card directly at the time of your session, or submit your receipt for reimbursement. I include all the necessary CPT codes on my receipts for insurance purposes—no extra documentation is needed. This can save you an average of 20–30% or more, depending on your tax bracket, so it’s worth checking with your provider if you’re eligible.

Out of Office Dates:
I’ll be away from the studio and unavailable for appointments during these times:

- April 14 – April 30
- May 18 – May 31

If you’d like to schedule a session before or after these dates, I recommend booking early to hold your preferred time.

New Location: We've recently moved to a brand-new address: 1420 N Street, NW, Suite 102, Washington DC 20005 (just one building from the previous location). Please update your records to ensure a smooth visit to our new location.
