The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) officially reopened TODAY for District residents. If you or someone you know is facing rental challenges, this is the time to prepare and apply.

ERAP can help with: ✔️ Past-due rent
✔️ Court-ordered evictions
✔️ Security deposits
✔️ First month’s rent for new units

Who Should Apply:
• DC tenants experiencing a financial hardship
• Households behind on rent
• Renters in need of assistance to secure safe, stable housing

Important Tips Before Applying:
🔹 Gather all documents early — ID, lease, proof of income, and notices.

If you’re going to ask God for something, be ready to do what He told you to do. We pray for blessings, breakthroughs, and direction — and God delivers. But far too often, once He moves, we get comfortable… forgetting that staying in alignment is the very thing that keeps His purpose flowing in our lives.

How many times have you rushed ahead of God, calling it “faith,” when it was really fear pushing you into your own plans?

How many times have you held back, not moving when God said go, because fear disguised itself as caution?

Every road we take reveals something: either alignment with His will or the consequences of stepping out on our own. God gave us free will — but He also gave us wisdom, discernment, and a spirit that recognizes His voice.
