Q***r is a word that describes s*xual and gender identities other than straight and cisgender. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

I often use this word because it encompasses a wide range of identities, and doesn’t risk excluding groups that the acronym may leave out. As for me personally, I use 'q***r' because it implies a limitlessness to how I show and share my loving self to the world.☀️💞

News flash: there is no q***r “lifestyle”.🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

The LGBTQIA2S+ community is not something to approve of, or accept, or tolerate. It’s certainly not subject to anyone’s agreement or disagreement. Approval, acceptance, tolerance, and opinions can apply to loving cats more than dogs, purple walls in someone’s kitchen, or buying a rocket. They do not apply when we’re talking about a person’s right to be respected as an equal.💓

It doesn't matter if you approve or disapprove. We are human beings. We exist.⚡️🔥❤️‍🔥

What to do if you disagree with someone’s gender identity, expression, or orientation? Nothing. Yep, say nothing. If they are happy, what’s the problem? It’s not your place. For real. If you don’t have anything kind to say, say nothing. What’s the point? You don’t criticize others’ identities and their life experiences. You don’t. Then, why would you do that with their gender identity and expression? It’s genuinely an innate thing. People can’t just ‘choose’ their gender identity, expression, and orientation. It’s part of being human. Just let people be their authentic selves.

What is pans*xuality? “Pans*xual” has roots in the Greek word “pan,” meaning “all” or “every”. This term is often described as falling under the bis*xuality umbrella, along with labels like omnis*xual, polys*xual, bi-curious, q***r, and s*xually fluid. It might be used to indicate that gender identity isn’t an important variable in their attraction to other people.🩷💛💙

Are you finding yourself wondering why your segg drive has declined? Is there something wrong with you? Absolutely not!💓

Many people may experience a temporary reduction in seggual desire and/or arousal at some point in their lives. Often, people don't realize that when things are not going well in their personal life, it will impact their segg life.💔❤️‍🩹💝

Anxiety, stress, or depression will flat-line your libido. 📉

Arousal difficulties can be caused by many things, including performance anxiety, negative body image, relationship difficulties, mental health issues, and hormone levels, to name a few.🫂

If it has always been like this, perhaps you may be as*xual. People who are aseggual have little or no interest in segg.💜🖤🤍

Be gentle with your body right now. It is possible that you unconsciously don't feel safe exploring your segguality. Take this time to figure out what you'd need to do to feel safe and comfortable again. It is also possible that your body needs rest to recover. It is easy to forget that whatever we are going through may be a lot sometimes. Your body may need some time to slow down to catch up. If you still feel unsure and want to talk with someone, you can see a therapist or a doctor. Lastly, you can book a segg coaching session with me. I can guide you in pinpointing the issue and appropriate referrals. Be gentle with yourself.
