We’ve spent enough time sitting in the “waiting room” of our own lives. As your Healing School Teacher, I’m here to tell you that orientation is over—it’s time to actually move.

The journey of healing isn’t always a straight line, but it’s a lot easier to navigate when you have a map and a sisterhood that won’t let you get lost. We’re heading toward radical honesty, clinical clarity, and the kind of peace that stays with you long after the journey is done.

The Expedition Begins

I’m back from the field, and the water is fine. 🌊🎒

While I was “missing,” I was actually out on the ocean, mapping out a new way for us to navigate the waves of birth and mental health. I’ve spent years gathering the clinical tools (LMSW/CCM) and the soulful essentials (Doula) to create a curriculum that doesn’t just help you survive the storm—it helps you sail through it.
As your Healing School Teacher, I’m officially inviting you on this journey. We’re unpacking the heavy baggage and replacing it with a roadmap built on radical honesty, art, and healing.

The itinerary is set. The bags are packed. It’s time for us to head out.

During Black Maternal Mortality Week, I’m holding space for the mothers who came before, the ones here now, and the ones we’re fighting to protect. Our stories deserve to be held with the same care, reverence, and preservation.

but you’re still stuck in it…

that’s not a lack of growth
that’s a pattern that’s been practiced longer than you’ve been aware of it

some responses were learned in environments
where they made sense at the time
even if they don’t serve you now

and awareness doesn’t undo something overnight
it just means you’re no longer moving through it unconsciously

this isn’t confusion
this is recognition

Get ready to chill and vibe at our Monthly Momma in Da Park Meet Up with Bee the Doula!

This in-person event is all about honoring the quality time, conversation and community in motherhood.
Our goal is good times, great exercise, and an unforgettable atmosphere! Bring your self, your friends and your littles to enjoy quality experiences and soak up the fresh air under the open sky.

Location: Memorial Park Trail - Meeting Point: In front of Vibrant, a cafe
Time: Arrive around 2 - 2:15pm to check in, get your raffle ticket, use the bathroom ot grab a quick bite from the cafe! At 2:35pm we will START the walk!
