This was a magical momen before our very first temple visit on my deeply spiritual adventure in Egypt last September. 😄
See the lilys? And...the roses? After this photo was snapped, 6 other sisters gathered around and we held a ceremony.
We were on our way to the Temple of Isis near Aswan.
I am quite sure that what pulled us into unity was the Goddess working through these divinely shining flowers. The lily, representing the Trinity, and the Rose....the highest vibrational essesce of all the flowers.
We joined our hearts and got so uplifted before we got on the bus to travel to the sacred home of our beloved Isis. And what happened there....well that's another huge story.
These moments matter. They ARE the message. And if we blink we can miss it.
But if we revere and hear....we're led in ways we'd never have imagined possible.

Do you know this truth?
You’re held. You’re guided. You're loved. You’re right on time.
Is it hard for you to trust? It has been really, really hard for me to trust, so I get it.
Yet I always remind myself that somehow....some way....things work out.
The Universe is always working it out for you.
This I do believe and trust.
And your job is to stay open to the little whispers or the big bonks on the head, or the direct messages from your guides, that can lead you in your next step.
Sunsets are spiritual moments when the veil thins and our inner knowing rises. I think it's because we tend to actually pause and be still and quiet. We actually give our guides the chance to reach us after running around all day or running our monkey minds all day.

My soul journey began while my family lived in Washington, D.C. over 10 years ago. Life was good, and it was a challenge, and one day in 2009, it all came crashing down. On that day, I began to take a deep dive into a very internal, spiritual place and discovered that before I could take care of anybody else, I needed to take care of - and to heal - my relationship with my own self. Then, a few years later, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and dived even further into my soul healing, and soul calling.
I had lots of help along the way, and learned that we really can't do this work alone. So, I found help. Lots of it, from Spirit and angels right here on earth.
When I began to heal, the rest of my life and relationships began to change, a lot. It took time and focus and lots of trust.
Today, I teach people who say "YES!" to themselves. I teach many of the same lessons that I have learned, and offer concrete ways to not only heal, but to remember how to soar in this life. You CAN heal and empower yourself. In fact, it’s your responsibility and yours alone. But you don’t have to DO it all alone. The key is to say yes, and then, to ask for help. That help comes in many surprising packages, and when Spirit is invited in, miracles happen.
