✅ Tackle loneliness and improve care coordination⁣

Our team is mapping best practices, guiding stakeholder workgroups, and building tools to keep this program strong, equitable, and sustainable. As a caregiver and health-services researcher, this mission is close to my heart. Honored to help shape the future of aging in Maryland.⁣

Our CEO, Dr. Rebecca J. Swain-Eng, who also serves on the NAWBO Greater DC Chapter Executive Team and is the President-Elect, embodies the spirit of leadership and empowerment.
