We are proud of the recognition of EGPAF-Lesotho leader, Ts’epang Mohlomi, during this time the spotlight is on women. Congratulations!
Today, in commemoration of Women’s History Month, we highlight key Embassy partner Ms. Ts’epang Mohlomi. Ms. Mohlomi is the country director for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) in Lesotho and previously served as the Director of Operations overseeing the financial, operational, and human resource aspects of EGPAF’s work in-country. She has more than 15 years of operational and strategic leadership experience and is skilled in establishing and building public-private partnerships in the Lesotho health sector. Prior to joining EGPAF, Ms. Mohlomi spent more than a decade working in various capacities for the Lesotho Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, and with the National AIDS Commission.
One of her key accomplishments includes overseeing a complex procurement operation for the Millennium Challenge Account – Lesotho, where she managed the procurement and implementation of nearly 60 goods and consulting services. Ms. Mohlomi received her MSc in Health Economics from the University of York in England with a focus on health financing in Lesotho.

The OAFLAD meeting and luncheon, which serves as the Africa REACH launch, will include members from UNAIDS, World Health Organization (WHO), UNFPA, AUC –the HHASD Commissioner, Amref Health Africa, IPPF as well as Africa REACH partners, Desmond Tutu Health Foundation, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and Johnson & Johnson to name a few.
This year, the OAFLAD has committed to advocating for African leaders to double down on building a future where every African can contribute and thrive. With renewed engagement from First Ladies across the continent, OAFLAD is poised to exert a new level of influence and drive bold change, particularly for women and adolescent girls and driving equity in service delivery and advocacy campaigns. This renewed commitment is particularly important as Africa REACH’s mission is to ensure equity in the paediatric and youth HIV response.
