and then expecting your body to feel calm, safe, nourished, and balanced 😭

the female body is not low maintenance.
it’s responsive.

and most women are running around completely overstimulated, undernourished, inflamed, mineral depleted, and disconnected from how the body actually works.

let’s go get more blood work done and blame the hormones

Costco run and a cart of goods 💃
• meat
• cheese
• peppers
• cucumbers
• berries
• sausage
• simple ingredients

because contrary to what the internet says… health does not have to be complicated.

Most of our meals are literally:
a protein + a veggie

No fancy powders.
No “metabolism boosting” gummies.
No fancy gut healing shot
No $18 green juice.
Just real food over and over again.

And honestly? That consistency changes more than any trendy protocol ever will.

I think people expect our fridge to look extreme because of what I teach inside LOOM… but it’s actually pretty boring 😂

Simple foods.
Simple ingredients.
A lot of protein.
A lot of nourishment.
A lot of repeats.

That’s the secret nobody wants to hear because it’s not sexy enough for social media.

But your body loves consistency more than chaos.
