Reflex of the Day: 🛩The Landau reflex appears around 3–4 months and integrates by
12–24 months. When a baby is held in a horizontal position, their head lifts, and the back extends —
like a little airplane! This reflex helps strengthen the neck, back, and core muscles that support
posture and movement later on.

Reflex of the Day: TLR (Tonic Labyrinthine Reflex) This reflex begins at birth and usually
integrates by 4 months. When the head moves forward, the body flexes; when the head moves
backward, the body extends. It’s an important step in developing muscle tone, balance, and
