💙 “If I could give more than five stars, I would.”

After relocating from Louisville, Michael Short never expected to find concierge-level primary care again—especially without paying thousands of dollars each year. But that’s exactly what he found at Daviess Community Hospital's Health Pavilion with Alison Krzesniak, FNP-C.

Michael shares how Alison’s care is unhurried, deeply personal, and focused not just on today’s concerns—but on long-term wellness. He describes exceptional follow-up, thoughtful conversations, and a level of trust that’s increasingly rare in healthcare.

His story is a powerful reflection of the care our teams strive to deliver across DCH every day.

We’re also deepening partnerships with regional hospitals to make access easier and more coordinated for families across our county.
