🚀 NEW CLASS ALERT: You asked, we listened! Our 10 AM Saturday is so popular that starting in FEBRUARY, we’re adding an 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM class.

Happy Friday, everyone! The weekend is almost here, and we wanted to start by saying thank you. We are so incredibly grateful for this community and for the energy you bring—we are officially on track for our third Saturday waitlist in a row!

To help everything run smoothly, a quick reminder: our cork floor fits 14 students. Once those spots are filled, we’re happy to have you spill over onto the concrete floor so more of you can practice. Please note that spots on the cork floor are first-come, first-served; if you have a preference, we recommend arriving about 15 minutes before class.

Be sure to register early to secure your spot. If your plans change, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so someone else can join. We can’t wait to see you all on the mat!

🎉Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who came out to celebrate our studio’s 6-Month Anniversary and join us for the official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony last Friday. This was truly a huge milestone for The Studio. Seeing all of you—our longtime supporters and our new, growing community right here in Washougal—was the greatest sign of your continued support and belief in this vision.

🙏A massive thank you goes out to everyone who made this milestone possible—from our dedicated family and friends who helped us prep and provided crucial moral support, to the wonderful community members who celebrated with us. We felt the love and support from every single one of you!

9:00 AM: Stretch Only - A blissful, restorative hour focusing purely on deep stretching and mobility. Perfect for opening up your body and easing that post-weekend tightness!

6:00 PM: Tension Release - Melt away the day’s stress with this gentle, therapeutic class. We’ll focus on neck, shoulders, and hips.

🌊 WEDNESDAY: Flow & Find Stillness

Morning Flow: Join us for an Energizing Vinyasa Flow to move, align your breath and body, and flow your way into the second half of the week!

6:00 PM: For a truly deeper, more relaxing option, join Amelia for Yin Yoga. This meditative practice holds poses longer to target connective tissue and promote ultimate calmness.

So grateful for our first-ever 90-Minute Align & Revive class this morning! Thank you to everyone who came out and dropped in so deeply.

This stretch-only class gave us the focused, extended time needed to truly elongate and relax the body more than ever before. It was a beautiful experience of stillness and release.

Our highly anticipated 8-Week Chakra Yoga Series kicks off tomorrow, 10/5, starting with the essential Root Chakra (Muladhara)! These classes are mindfully designed to focus on each energy center through specific yoga shapes, breathwork, and guided mindfulness.

Get ready to take your self-care further with our brand new 90-Minute Stretch Class, debuting this Saturday, 10/04 at 9:30am! It’s the perfect way to gift your body the deeper presence and release it needs.

And the good news keeps flowing! This Sunday, 10/05 at 10:00am, we kick off our exciting 8-Week Chakra Yoga Series. This series is specifically designed to help you build and elevate your current practice. You can commit to all eight weeks or simply drop in when you can!

Originally born in Ukraine, Yuliya immigrated to the US in 1991, and has since then called the PNW her home. As a creator, guide, and space holder, Yuliya is passionate about bringing the life changing benefits of yoga to those around. Yuliya received her 200 hr Hatha/Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training through The Yoga Home in Costa Rica and has been teaching group yoga classes as well as private 1:1 sessions.

In addition to yoga, she brings in different modalities such as myofascial release, meditation, and coaching. Yuliya is passionate about bringing body-awareness, gratitude, and positivity when sharing her knowledge of yoga. She is dedicated to creating a safe space that allows her clients to be seen, heard, and validated. Yuliya loves to cultivate an environment where clients can connect to themselves in order to tune in with mind, body, and spirit, so they can awaken their innate wisdom and divine potential to bring in vitality, peace, and joy in their life.
